Our company mission is to make communications easy, frictionless, unified, and intelligent and our Product Design team delivers on that mission, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Service to understand customer needs aligned with the whitespace in the market. About this role
We believe that our end user experience should be delightful and accessible. As our Lead Visual Designer, you'll delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite them. Like all of our design jobs, you'll collaborate with your fellow product designers and brand partners to constantly refine the Dialpad design language and create an innovative, great-looking product that people love to use. This is a unique opportunity to be the first and only Visual Designer, driving the evolution of our visual design across all platforms.
As a Lead Visual Designer, you will:
- Work as part of the team that defines our end-to-end TrueCaaS experience across our product suite.
- Collaborate closely with our brand team, translating brand elements into a cohesive product design experience.
- Weave iconography, typography, color, space and texture together to help our users successfully navigate the unified Dialpad experience.
- Rely on user-centered design principles to create visual design principles and a library that will be used by all Product Designers in their work.
- Collaborate with the Design System Lead to evolve our Design System, Dialtone, with strong patterns and guidelines.
- Jump into product designs as needed, or provide guidance to other designers to refine the UI and weave the entire experience together with our brand.

Qualifications
- UI/ Product designer with 7+ years of experience
- Experience working with and designing for mobile products.
- Excellent visual design skills, including strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
