Building a powerful user experience is what sets Roofr apart from all other roofing platforms. As an Engineer in an early stage and high growth company, you will have a large impact on both technical implementation and help steer our technology roadmap.
What You'll Get to Do: Develop onboarding and training programs for our customer-facing teams across a variety of mediumsCollaborate with other departments in the creation of collateral materials to educate the teamEnsure team members are up-to-date on new features, best practices, and how to effectively communicate the value of our productSupport team members with optimizing their daily workflows, understanding metrics, and adopting tools and processesIdentify gaps and areas of opportunity in our enablement and systems and recommend data-driven solutionsWhat You'll Bring to the Role: 1+ years working in Revenue Operations in addition to 1+ years working in a customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment.Must have experience working with Sales individual contributors and collaborating with Revenue managementKnowledge of training mediums and enablement best practicesExtensive knowledge of Hubspot and GSuite is a mustWho You Are: You are a strong communicator with great presentation skillsYou can translate complex concepts into simple and easily digestible explanations for any audienceYou are empathetic and understand people's needsYou are highly organized and are able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at onceYou are tech-savvy and a systematic thinkerYou are flexible with an ability to quickly adapt to new situationsYou sweat the detailsWhat we offer: When you join our team, you're not just accepting a job.
