Analizar las encuestas de mercado a nivel regional con foco en mantener la competitividad salarial de nuestro talento.
Ejecutar los procesos de compensación en todos los mercados alineados con la estrategia de desarrollo de talento (ciclos de revisión, esquemas de incentivos, planes de beneficios, etc.)
Participar en la ejecución de programas de largo plazo.
Convertirse en referente de Rewards para el resto del equipo de HR.
Proponer mejores prácticas alineadas al mercado para toda la región y diseñar beneficios regionales de la compañía.
Requisitos Graduado universitario de la carrera de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales o afines.
Experiencia de mas de 4 años en Rewards, Compensaciones y/o Beneficios. Nivel de Excel avanzado.
Nivel de Inglés avanzado.
