BUSINESS PARTNER & RESPONSABLE DE RELACIONES LABORALES
En Siemens Argentina estamos buscando una persona para sumarse al equipo de People & Organization de la compañía, que asuma dos roles claves: Business Partner y Relaciones Laborales.
La búsqueda está orientada para Argentina, pero para trabajar en un equipo interdisciplinario y diverso dentro de una empresa multinacional y tecnológica.
Quien asuma esta posición tendrá el rol de socio estratégico para uno de los negocios de Siemens en Argentina a la vez que sea el responsable por la gestión de las Relaciones Laborales de toda la sociedad: vínculo con UOM y ASIMRA, normativas, juicios laborales, etc.
- Como partner trabajarán junto al negocio en la implementación de la estrategia local de las iniciativas de People (desarrollo, liderazgo, compensaciones y beneficios, selección, etc) en vínculo directo con directores de negocio y con fuerte foco en apoyar el cambio cultural y organización.
Reportará en forma directa al Director de People & Organization de Sudamérica (sin Brasil).

Requisitos, competencias y habilidades: Universitario graduado en Relaciones del trabajo, RRLL (preferentemente)Inglés oral y escrito: IntermedioExperiencia: 5 años aprox en relaciones gremiales / sindicales (excluyente)Conocimiento de Paquete OfficeConocimiento convenios UOM, ASIMRATrasparente, proactivo, dinámico, emprendedor, curioso, flexible e innovadorResolutivo y con capacidad de análisisCon ganas de digitalizar procesosExcelentes habilidades interpersonales con capacidad para trabajar en equipo, en forma colaborativa y con personas en todos los niveles de la organización globalOrganization: People & Organization
