Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Review and manage the daily schedules of 4 company executives, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange international travel, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic, and fatigue levels.
- Purchase Order Processing: Process large purchase orders and vendor contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Interface directly with senior executives, their support teams, and other stakeholders, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: At least 3 years supporting a Vice President or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Workday, Concur, or similar systems; bilingual English level is a must.
- Qualifications: Desire to immerse yourself fully in your executive's business; ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
