Ingresar diariamente al sistema las guías aéreas e información

Recopilar información para diferentes reportes de la empresa.
Asistir a los clientes resolviendo las preguntas básicas que se generen referentes a las características de los servicios.
Desarrollar diferentes tareas de archivo
Garantizar que todos los trámites y los requisitos de informes (en línea o manuales) sean completos, precisos y oportunos.
Utiliza herramientas definidas para realizar el escaneo, la grabación y la transferencia de datos según sea necesario.
Llevar a cabo con seguridad las tareas operativas, incluidas la carga y descarga, en línea con procedimientos estándar de la empresa y requisitos legales.
Adherirse a las políticas y procedimientos estándar, incluida la salud y la seguridad, los productos peligrosos, la conducción, requisitos y normas de seguridad de la aviación y de manejo de aeronaves según sea necesario.
