The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to juggle multiple tasks, and demonstrate strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing legal documents, scheduling meetings, billing and invoicing, coordinating with external partners, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, maintaining legal databases, providing administrative support, ensuring compliance, and managing technology.
Key Qualifications:
- LLM in Law and Economics or related fields with knowledge/specialization in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Operations Assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Georgian.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
