:)WHAT YOU WILL DO- Developing analytical and reporting database tables to facilitate subscription and promotional offers performance tracking through efficient querying of large databases.- Produce reports and Tableau dashboards summarizing pertinent metrics and equipping various stakeholders with information for decision-making.- Apply quantitative analysis on complex data to support the Insights team in efforts to understand customer behavior and impact of promotional offers.- Ensure data accuracy through conscientious data collection and monitoring, development and execution of quality control processes, investigation and resolution of anomalies.- Respond to a wide variety of ad hoc requests from Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Product, etc.- Work closely with other members of the Insights & Analytics team to incorporate marketing and content data, creating a holistic understanding of customers and how they interact with our products.MUST HAVE- College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.- 1+ years of professional experience in an analytics role.- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL through a SQL test, hands-on experience with CTEs, window functions, and date & time functions preferred.- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, etc.- Familiarity with database models, experience working with unstructured data, and experience loading large datasets into databases.- Skilled at transforming raw data into actionable columnar datasets.- Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning.- Knowledgeable about (at least some of ) Python, Snowflake, AWS/S3, SageMaker, R, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.- Good oral and written communication skills, including explaining the business implications of data analysis/reports and developing visualizations.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Upper-Intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES- Previous work experience with subscriptions and promotional offers data analysis is a plus.THE BENEFITS OF JOINING US- Professional growthAccelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.- Competitive compensationWe match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities.- A selection of exciting projectsJoin projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands.- FlextimeTailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance, by having the options of working from home and going to the office – whatever makes you the happiest and most productive.NEXT STEPS AFTER YOU APPLYThe next steps of your journey will be shared via email within a few hours.
