Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and facilitate seamless interactions between clients and suppliers.
This role requires strong multitasking abilities, a proactive mindset, and experience in vendor and client management.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and service.
Provide comprehensive support to sales representatives in managing client and vendor relationships.
Utilize Notion, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Suite to track sales, manage documentation, and streamline operations.
Understand and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) to support drop shipping operations.
Ensure timely tracking of PO releases for logistics coordination.
Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on schedule.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a ready-to-jump-in attitude.
Qualifications: Experience in customer-facing roles, vendor management, or administrative support.
Proficiency in Notion, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) for drop shipping.
Experience in the food wholesale or retail industry is a plus.
Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
