Brindará soporte en Pilar Zona Norte GBA

Modalidad: Presencial

Lunes a viernes 9 a 18

Contrato: Plazo indeterminado.
REQUISITOS Y FUNCIONES

Nível soporte 2.
Experiência previa brindando soporte a APPS estándar de mercado o propietarias

Service Desks Specialists Sr. (2)

Conocimientos de ITIL/ITSM

Conocimientos básicos de SQL

Conocimientos intermedios de infraestructura (Windows, Networking, etc.)
InvGate

Microsoft

SAP Deseable

HP Service Manager

CA Service Manager

Atlassian Jira Svcs
