We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join their Talent & Culture team. You'll have the chance to work on employer branding initiatives, strengthen the candidate experience, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Main responsibilities : Executes talent searches, identifying qualified candidates and refining search strategies based on role requirements and market trends.
Partners closely with hiring managers to advise on candidate profiles, sourcing strategies and recruitment timelines Conducts in-depth screenings and evaluates candidate fit for both role requirements and company culture.
Analyzes recruiting trends within the industry to recommend targeted approaches for specific roles or departments.
Coordinates recruiting activities, including job fairs and partnerships with external recruitment agencies.
Manages recruiting tools and databases, ensuring data accuracy and efficient candidate tracking Place of work : Hybrid (2 office days) - Martínez, BsAs.
