¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión? Monitoreando y dando soporte a los drivers que se encuentran en distribución.Gestionando incidentes con la flota asignada a las cuentas.Identificando desvíos en los procesos de entrega para poder tomar acciones de forma proactiva.Coordinando la comunicación entre el despacho, el driver y el destinatario final del delivery.Realizando el seguimiento del nivel de cumplimiento de protocolos dentro de la flota.Atendiendo necesidades operativas de las cuentas.Detectando oportunidades de mejora que generen impacto en el servicio.Realizando el cierre y analizando las operaciones diarias.Asegurando que nuestro servicio y atención al cliente sean de calidad bajo los estándares propuestos.Requisitos: Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en operaciones preferentemente en empresas de tecnología, food delivery o logística última milla.Perfil proactivo, resolutivo, autónomo y con ganas de impulsar un cambio.Manejo de herramientas analíticas como Microsoft Excel.
