About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing transportation and logistics of goods to and from our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
  • Manage logistics costs to meet budgets and operational plans.
  • Generate reports with shipments status and cost, including duties and freight.
  • Direct interaction with domestic carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents/brokers to coordinate imports/exports for the south cone area: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile.
  • Attend customs regulations and prepare, validate, and present mandatory documents, licenses, and certificates to import/export items.
  • Support customs and other government inquiries and audits, providing documents and information.
  • Elaborate proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes in the own field.
  • Handle communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contribute to projects as a team member.
