Por eso, buscamos un/a Sales Executive para nuestro equipo de Customer Success, con experiencia en ventas B2B de soluciones tecnológicas para el área de Recursos Humanos.

¿Qué esperamos de vos? Experiencia en ventas B2B: Comercialización de soluciones tecnológicas para la gestión y sistematización del área de HR en una cartera de clientes fija.

Habilidades clave: Autogestión, proactividad, visión comercial y estratégica, autonomía, orientación a resultados y capacidad de networking.

Comunicación efectiva: Excelente manejo de la comunicación verbal, escrita e interpersonal, con foco en la fidelización de clientes.

Capacidad de trabajar en entornos de alto volumen: Enfoque consultivo y metodológico en los procesos de venta.

Formación: Estudiante universitario o graduado en Comercialización, Recursos Humanos, Administración, Marketing o afines.

Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en la industria IT de HR.

Idiomas y herramientas: Inglés (deseable) y buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.

¿Qué vas a hacer? Fidelización y gestión de clientes para garantizar una experiencia de excelencia.

Upselling y desarrollo comercial, ofreciendo nuevos productos y servicios de Visma a clientes actuales.

Gestión integral del proceso comercial: presentaciones, armado de propuestas, licitaciones, seguimiento y cierre de contratos.

Actividades de marketing con clientes: desayunos, afters, almuerzos, notas de prensa y entrevistas.

Asesoramiento y derivación de consultas de clientes a las áreas correspondientes.
