As Director of Customer Growth Marketing at MaintainX, you will lead our customer expansion and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role will drive revenue growth from existing accounts via ABM, field events, and lifecycle campaigns, in addition to optimizing the customer journey to maximize lifetime value. You will have a demand generation budget to deploy across ABM strategies to expand accounts. You will oversee and develop the current Customer Marketing team of two. This role reports to our Vice-President of Demand Generation.
What you'll do: Customer Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing customers through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion initiatives.Own the Marketing-influenced expansion pipeline number.Effectively deploy and manage a demand generation budget across ABM activities to drive expansion from target accounts.Collaborate with Sales to create targeted expansion campaigns and playbooks aimed at target accounts.Plan and leverage in-person field events, in collaboration with Field Marketing, to drive engagement and expansion.Lifecycle Marketing: Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy to progress accounts through the buyer's journey, from lead through closed-won and expansion.Partner with our SDR team to design and optimize effective Sales nurture sequences to convert leads into Sales opportunities.Collaborate closely with our Growth Product team and our Director of Web Optimization on the PLG journey for trial accounts.Develop segmentation strategies to deliver highly targeted and effective communications throughout the customer lifecycle.About you: 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on customer expansion and lifecycle marketing strategies.Proven track record of driving revenue growth through existing customer base in a B2B environment, ideally driving Enterprise account expansion.Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, account-based marketing, and customer lifecycle management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, Iterable, HubSpot).Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.What's in it for you: Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) / RRSP enrollment program.Take what you need PTOA Work Culture where:You'll work alongside folks across the globe that reflect the MaintainX values, Smart Humble Optimist.We believe in meritocracy, where ideas and effort are publicly celebrated.Our mission is to make the life of blue-collar workers easier worldwide by creating software that meets their needs and realities.
