As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Onboarding Specialist to join our L&D and Experience team. This role is crucial in creating and delivering a magical onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they integrate smoothly into our company culture and are set up for success.

Lives in Mexico CityPassion for creating exceptional and magical employee experiences.Experience in developing and delivering onboarding programs for both remote and in-person settings.Previous experience in high-paced startup environments.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with HRIS systems and onboarding software.Analytical skills for data collection and interpretation.Commitment to DE&I principles and practices.Flexibility to adapt onboarding processes for remote or hybrid work environments.Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to design engaging onboarding experiences.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Adaptability to changing needs and priorities.Desired experience in the cryptocurrency industry.What You Will Do Develop and deliver onboarding programs: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires that cater to both remote and in-person settings, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and magical experience regardless of location.Execute onboarding processes: Facilitate onboarding sessions, including orientation, training, and integration activities, to provide new hires with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed and feel a special connection to Bitso.Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and improve onboarding processes and materials based on feedback and industry best practices to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and enchanting.Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and departmental teams to coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure a seamless and special experience for new hires.Culture integration: Promote company culture and values throughout the onboarding process, helping new hires feel connected, engaged, and inspired by Bitso's mission and vision.Support and guidance: Provide ongoing support and resources to new hires during their onboarding period, addressing any questions or concerns they may have to ensure a smooth and magical transition.Support managers: Collaborate with managers to support them in onboarding new hires to their teams, ensuring a smooth transition, integration, and a special team environment.Facilitate business learning: Conduct internal business learning sessions to educate new hires and existing employees on various aspects of the business, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Bitso's operations and goals.Research in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion suggests that individuals may hesitate to apply for jobs if they do not meet all the listed criteria.
