Buscamos un profesional experimentado en desarrollo de estrategias comerciales y ventas para desempeñar el rol de Lead Manager.
Supervisar la generación de oportunidades y su asignación a vendedores.Hacer un seguimiento diario del rendimiento comercial a través del CRM (5 vendedores).Detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante el análisis del mercado.Desarrollar indicadores de gestión claros y efectivos para cada vendedor y perfil.Implementar mejoras continuas en la gestión de oportunidades y procesos comerciales.Profundidad avanzada en inglés, dado que la posición requiere trabajar con clientes de USA.Habilidad para implementar nuevos procesos y lograr resultados con el equipo comercial.Conocimientos sólidos en marketing, CRM y experiencia en gestión de oportunidades.Capacidad de liderazgo funcional y orientación a resultados.La posición ofrece flexibilidad laboral, trabajando 3 días a la semana en la oficina y 2 días a la semana de forma remota.
