**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Communications Specialist to join our team at JPMorgan Chase. This individual will play a crucial role in designing and implementing communication systems for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and deploy large-scale SIP deployments utilizing SBCs, preferably Ribbon SBC and PSX.
  • Implement SIP troubleshooting using Wireshark and other VoIP analyzer tools.
  • Develop intermediate experience with TLS/MTLS/SRTP system integrations.
  • Gain knowledge of ISDN and IP/SIP trunking with telco providers.
  • Beginner experience with Cisco or Genesys or any industry leading voice platforms.
  • Understand SIPREC call recording and deploying communication systems into Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS).

**Requirements**

  • Expert experience with SIP deployments.
  • Intermediate experience with TLS/MTLS/SRTP system integrations.
  • Knowledge on telephony would be nice to have.
  • Language skills: English B2+ required.
  • Certification - Cisco CCNA or Ribbon certification on SBC or PSX etc.
