We are seeking a highly skilled Wound Care physician to join our team at Summit Medical Consultants LLC.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in SNF, long-term care, and ALF settings, and be able to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical care to assigned patient populations
- Maintain timely and appropriate documentation of such care
- Participate in medical staff duties, including quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review programs
We offer a competitive package including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, and 401(k) matching for full-time providers. Part-time positions are also considered.
All credentialing expenses are covered, and malpractice coverage is provided through a group policy for full-time providers.
