We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to join our team at Solvo Solutions LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing medical records, setting up evaluations/treatments, and ensuring timely receipt of documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up evaluations/treatment visits, such as MRI's, physical therapy, injections, etc., when tasked by the paralegal.
- Provide documentation for initial services rendered.
- Remind clients of upcoming appointments, if necessary.
- Gather medical records/bills from providers after treatment.
- Prepare medical recaps and chronologies.
- Review records received to confirm they match what was ordered.
- Indicate records received on the medical records tab, noting whether they are certified and that the request is complete.
- Contact providers daily from a 30-day follow-up list to determine the status of the request.
- Update provider contact cards in SA with request address, email, phone number, etc.
