Key Responsibilities:- We're looking for someone who can ingest, structure, and analyze a wide range of unstructured data sources to design, maintain, and orchestrate data pipelines in an AWS environment for production processing and training flows.
- The ideal candidate will continuously evaluate, analyze, test, and improve the quality, privacy, and performance of our data systems.
- They should be able to contribute across the product, from front-end UX and product design to API/systems architecture and ML processing/training.
- You'll need at least 5+ years of experience ingesting, analyzing, and structuring a wide variety of data sources.
- Maintenance of data pipelines in a production environment is crucial.
- A strong background in databases/SQL, Python, and Pandas (or equivalent) is necessary.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments and tackling problems across the stack with quick iterations while maintaining a high-quality bar is expected.
- Experience within the healthcare domain is a plus.
- Extensive production experience with AWS, containers, and/or data orchestration would be beneficial.
- Full-stack development experience (JS/TS/Node in particular) could be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles in a startup or consultancy would be highly valued.
