Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our sales organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by closing high-value B2B software deals. This is a unique opportunity for experienced sales professionals to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative company.

This role is fully remote, and our working hours are Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a closing role within the B2B software industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A healthcare background is required, specifically experience selling software solutions to assisted living facilities, board and care homes, or related healthcare organizations.

  • Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling software product demonstrations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B prospects and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales development teams to identify and target high-potential B2B opportunities, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
