- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation to ensure consistent and repeatable testing processes.
- Establish and maintain testing environments, configurations, and data sets to support testing efforts.
- Implement and improve testing frameworks and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on testing progress, test results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in quality assurance and software testing, with a strong focus on leadership and technical expertise.
- Experience leading and managing QA teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software within project timelines.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
- Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools, including test case design and test automation.
- Familiarity with digital communication solutions, agile development, real-time communication, or collaboration tools.
- Solid experience with cURL, Postman, or similar tools for API testing.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems, with attention to detail and critical thinking.
