Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting test cases for functional and non-functional domains.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support test cases for functional and non-functional domains.
  • Lead the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up, prepare test plans, identify relevant metrics, and keep track of required effort for large initiatives.
  • Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes.
  • Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies ensuring alignment to functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Support in identifying product quality risks based on the high-level solution architecture.
  • Develop trusted relationships with other engineering groups and key business stakeholders to evaluate, recommend, and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components, or modifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • More than 12 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams.
  • Customer centricity, innovative thinking, agility, and intercultural sensitivity.
  • Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team.
  • Project management experience in an engineering/test environment.
  • Good understanding of Testing, Automation Testing, Performance testing concepts, Agile methodology, and knowledge of cloud infrastructure and database concepts.
  • Ability to implement automation strategy and guide the team.
  • Experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid) using the tools Selenium with Java/Python.
  • Knowledge at scripting/coding level.
  • Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and delivering quality products by implementing Testing standards and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and Metrics.
