Job Overview
ClientSolv Technologies is looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position allows for remote work while supporting a global team and will focus on providing production support through your techno-functional skills, aiding in enhancements and improvements for the financial modules within the Oracle ERP framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support across various modules or systems.
- Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders to manage the production environment effectively.
- Conduct daily problem analysis, track issues, and facilitate resolutions.
- Implement minor system enhancements, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with the implementation and support of Oracle R12 financials is crucial, with specific knowledge in Payables, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and General Ledger.
- Proficiency in writing and executing medium to high complexity SQL queries for issue analysis is required.
- Familiarity with finance and operations processes, including Cost Management, Order Management, and Inventory, is preferred.
- Ability to guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized areas, leveraging existing solutions and best practices.
- Knowledge of Ship and Debit and Price Protection modules would be advantageous.
