The Work You'll Do:The main purpose of this role is to support product teams in analyzing, documenting, and monitoring the functional capabilities of Sovos products. The business analyst will support internal stakeholders and product owners with product documentation, product specifications, and product reporting. Our product team embraces customer focus, tenacious problem solving, and collaboration. The Business Analyst role will contribute to this culture while pushing us to do our best work.
More specifically you will:
Collaborate with product owners to understand business workflows and elaborate on product requirements.Review software functionality developed and update product documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
