About the Role:
Vts Global is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to lead the finance team in managing all aspects of billing processes, from invoicing to payment reconciliation. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement efficient billing processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all billing transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of billing processes into overall business operations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on billing activities and trends to senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
• Proficient in using Tally and other accounting software for data entry and financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:
Experience in using Xero, QuickBooks, and other accounting software. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
