About the Role
">We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Optimisation Expert to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, execution, and optimisation of personalised recommendations across CRM channels, web, and app.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive customer retention and revenue growth
- Analyse customer data to inform marketing campaigns and optimise personalisation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of personalisation strategies
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field within the online gambling industry
- Knowledge of machine learning and intelligent content
- Data Analytics and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
