Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Receptionist (M/F) to join our team at the Veterinary Hospital in Oeiras. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of patients through the hospital.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients
• Manage appointments, bookings, and patient records
• Process payments and handle financial transactions
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reception or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
