We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support in our outpatient dialysis center.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure and certification in nephrology nursing (CNN) or dialysis nursing (CDN) preferred.
- Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings a plus.
- Competitive hourly rate: $57.00/hour.
