About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 9 months RN experience; dialysis experience is NOT required
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence
