Our Approach to Pollination

At Beeflow, we combine science and technology to improve crop yields through optimized pollination. Our team trains bees to pollinate specific crops and enhances their immune systems with a plant-based diet, enabling us to manage pollination programs for growers and ensure consistent fruit quality and yield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and drive commercial growth in Peru.
  • Lead sales efforts, including identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers based on trust and understanding their needs.
  • Oversee daily operations, including logistics, supply chain, and service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to support commercial and operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Relocation to Peru is mandatory for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial management, sales, or business development in agribusiness.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
