Commercial Strategy Manager for Flavors

We're seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager for Flavors who can drive profitable and sustainable sales growth for our assigned category. As a seasoned professional with a strong track record in senior sales or strategic roles, you'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that meet our global account goals. You'll collaborate with regional teams to secure buy-in from Global Account Leaders and provide support to maximize project success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and processes, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and creating innovative solutions. You'll need to analyze market trends and consumer tests, develop and maintain relationships at senior levels, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of regulatory and sustainability issues impacting the industry and be able to drive growth through innovation.
