Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and governance functions for Latin America and North America. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with local financial statutory audits and statutory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Manage a team of 10+ accounting professionals across Latin America
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to support closing processes and strategic decision making
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to Finance leaders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local statutory requirements in Latin America and North America
  • Proven experience in managing statutory audits and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in people management, both locally and remotely
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational, multicultural, and BPO environments
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
