Main Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive 24x7 support to ensure high service availability.
- Expertise in Incident, Problem and Change Management to minimize disruptions.
- Evaluate and establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for key Production services.
- Design and implement real-time monitoring and observability solutions to measure service quality.
- Oversee changes to the Production and Disaster Recovery environments to ensure high uptime.
- Foster a culture of automation and process improvement to optimize monitoring tools.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in software engineering.
- Outstanding debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and shell scripting for efficient system administration.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python for automation tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle database systems and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile mode and proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Familiarity with SRE concepts and ITIL frameworks.
