We are seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our Electronic Trading Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering infrastructure excellence and performance, shaping the future of Fudo, and advising others on technical and business issues.

This is a key role that requires strong knowledge across multiple technical domains, including hardware, networking terminology, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments.

  • Demonstrate and champion site reliability culture and practices throughout your team.
  • Lead initiatives to improve network infrastructure reliability and stability, resulting in improved service levels.
  • Apply technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Deep knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering, such as hardware, networking terminology, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments.
  • Develop and implement network solutions tailored to the needs of electronic trading environments, ensuring low latency and high reliability.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades to improve performance, scalability, and security.
  • Continuously monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
