Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Deployment Leader to join our team at LLYC.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- As a Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for managing functional & data consultants with 10+ years of experience.
- You will oversee the delivery against the detailed project plan on site, manage project team resources, and work closely with the project Site Lead and direct reports to ensure timely and high-quality delivery within budget.
- You will also manage the interface and delivery of supporting services such as development, data, testing, training, authorizations, validation, etc.
- In addition, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks and issues impacting time, cost, quality, or scope. You will escalate to the programmer team as required and drive resolution.
- You will provide support to the Customer's Organisational Change Manager.
- You will drive and support cutover activities managed by the Cutover Manager.
- You will create a clear line of sight to go-live and maintain a balanced view of risks, ensuring you operate as a trusted advisor at senior levels.
- You will drive closure of key issues post-go live and ensure balanced prioritization of issues between the business and the programme team.
- You will ensure business continuity and contingency planning activity is robustly planned during the lifecycle of the project. You will drive discussions and support the delivery of a plan working with the Deployment Director and local business Leadership.
- You will manage the effective handover to the business-as-usual support organisation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience as Workstream Leader, Managing Functional & Data Consultants.
- 10+ years' experience working with SAP projects.
- English: Advanced, C1 or higher.
