We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Real Estate Company. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in commercial property management, team leadership, and leasing.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of two Class A office buildings and retail spaces
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize income and control costs
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
  • Oversee lease compliance, tenant relations, and vendor management
  • Supervise on-site office staff, engineers, and vendors
  • Ensure safety and security measures are in place
  • Perform routine property inspections and maintain emergency evacuation procedures
  • Review and understand monthly financials, input invoices for approval, and track tenant bill-back expenses
  • Manage ongoing tenant improvement construction from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Three to four years of professional success in commercial real estate property management, team leadership, and leasing
  • Proficiency in Yardi Property Management or similar software
  • Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions, and work effectively under pressure
