In this role, you will provide administrative support to our department, focusing on operational tasks and activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple calendars, including coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Organizing meeting rooms, including logistics, catering, and equipment needs.
- Preparing and processing forms, documents, and correspondence; anticipating, revising, and sending correspondence.
- Serving as a contact for the department and coordinating ongoing processes for the team.
- Leading department operations: filing, databases, office and supply orders, etc.
- Coordinating functional processes such as invoicing and payments.
- Leading the administrative aspects of relationships with outside vendors.
- Participating in department project teams.
- Assisting with special projects as requested by supervisor.
- Coordinating mailings and courier/deliveries.
- Providing back-up support to other functional administrative staff, as needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in the biopharmaceutical industry and has experience working in a similar role.
