We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Advisor to join our team at ExxonMobil Corporation. As a Product Data Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Product Management and Integrity System (ProMIS), enabling the central management of lubricant product formulations, raw material specifications, and performance claims.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate, effective, and timely updates into the ProMIS system, including formulation introductions and changes, performance and quality claims, and product stewardship.
- Interface with cross-functional teams, including EMRE Products Technology Development, Products Technology Deployment, Technical, Procurement, and Suppliers, to manage component introductions and changes, as well as quality variation issues.
- Support claims management and review, maintaining centralized product performance claim documentation.
- Conduct ECR analysis and planning, ensuring all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework.
- Manage regulatory compliance and case resolution, identifying opportunities for ECR sequencing and process/system improvement.
- Fluent in English language.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
- Process orientation and ability to understand broader business objectives/priorities.
- 1-3 years of experience with data input/integrity systems, preferably with ProMIS system experience.
- Management of change experience preferred.
