About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at LatamCent. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by engaging with prospects, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how our cutting-edge inventory and order management software can add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inbound Response and Qualification: Promptly respond to inbound demo requests and conduct discovery calls to assess prospect requirements and ensure a good fit before proceeding to the demo stage.
  2. Demo Hosting and Customization: Lead engaging and informative demos of our software, tailoring each presentation to address the specific needs and challenges of the prospect's business.
  3. Solution-Oriented Selling: Apply a consultative sales approach to offer our solutions that meet the unique challenges faced by each prospect.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospects, providing timely and relevant follow-ups to keep our company top-of-mind and increase the likelihood of deal closure.
  5. Sales Strategy and Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and regularly report on sales activities and pipeline status to management.
  6. Deep Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product advancements, ensuring that you can offer in-depth insights and address intricate product-related questions.
  7. Integration Consulting: Work with our Solutions Architect to design and illustrate integration diagrams, ensuring that our platform will integrate with third-party systems and platforms, and provide recommendations on best practices and optimization strategies.
Requirements
  • C2 English Level.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or account management, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience building and sourcing your own pipeline with cold calling, although not the main component, you will also be cold calling.
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a consistent top 10% performer.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Sales Technology such as MEDDIC, Sandler Training, and BANT.
  • Experience with eCommerce.
What's in it for You
  • Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 Base Salary.
  • Commission: $2,000 - $2,500 in monthly commission.
  • OTE: $60,000/USD per year.
