We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our team and lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR leadership and a passion for driving business results through people strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives and advise leadership on organizational structure and workforce strategy.
- Develop and implement development, succession planning, and training programs.

Requirements:
