Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Services Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for onboarding clients to our Treasury Services products.

About the Role:

The Treasury Services Implementation Specialist role is crucial in delivering a high-quality client experience. You will work closely with sales, service, and implementation management teams to ensure seamless product onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in scoping meetings to understand product and technical requirements.
  2. Prepare Statements of Work outlining product implementation options and timelines.
  3. Attend project status meetings via conference call.
  4. Use tracking tools to document current project status, issues, and risks.
  5. Establish test environments, validate file formats, and execute file testing.
  6. Serve as a point of escalation on behalf of clients.
  7. Support clients during production migration and verification.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent written and spoken English language.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. University degree (graduated or in progress).
  4. Project Management experience (preferred).
  5. Client-facing experience (preferred).
  6. Cash Management and Treasury knowledge (preferred).
  7. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
