**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Thegradcafe's Family Medicine Center. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate and high-quality care.
In this role, you will coordinate patient care activities, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Implement evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Graduate degree from an accredited program for Registered Nursing
- One year of experience working as a nurse in a clinical setting
- Licensed by State of New Mexico as an RN
- BLS Certification issued through American Heart Association
