About the RoleThis role requires a skilled Maintenance Analyst who can perform maintenance activities for customer accounts, ensuring that requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Responsibilities include responding to requests from merchants, sales teams, and other stakeholders in accordance with established processes.
- Interpreting and executing activities based on defined procedures and policies.
- Conducting thorough searches, gathering data and recording evidence from internal systems, the internet, commercial databases, and inquiries with colleagues.
- Inputting information accurately and efficiently onto our systems within specific timeframes.
- Generating monthly reports to support key controls.
Requirements
- Technical studies or relevant experience in financial or administrative careers.
- Experience in operational roles in banks or financial institutions, identifying risk operations or fraud.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
