Data Integration for Insurance Management

Charles Taylor InsureTech is seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions using ETL tools, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data integration pipelines using Talend or similar ETL tools.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses and data marts to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Collaborate with insurance business analysts to determine KPIs and implement data-driven projects.
  • Define methodologies and standards for data-driven projects and ensure calendar releases and tracking.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data-oriented projects (integration, migration, repository design).
  • Knowledge of ETL tools (Talend, ISST, Datastage, etc).
  • SQL and scripting skills (PL-SQL, Bash, Java).
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
