We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join our team in creating a centralized data repository that will drive informed decision-making across the organization. As an ETL Developer at Charles Taylor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience with ETL tools such as Talend, ISST, or Datastage, and a strong understanding of data modeling, database engineering, and SQL. You will work closely with our insurance business analysts to determine KPIs, define methodologies, and implement standards for data-driven projects. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues will ensure high-quality data pipelines and accurate insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and implement efficient data pipelines using ETL tools.
• Data Modeling: Collaborate with business analysts to design and develop data models that meet business requirements.
• Database Engineering: Ensure optimal database performance, scalability, and security.
• Quality Assurance: Test and debug data pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability.

What We Offer:
