Pharmaceutical Business Manager

Bayer AG is a leading global provider of pharmaceuticals, consumer care, and crop protection products.
As a Commercial & Market Access Director, you'll be responsible for leading the Commercial & Access Chapter across the Cono Sur region, ensuring excellence in execution of commercial and market access strategies.
The role involves achieving targets focused on sustainable growth, revenue generation, and market leadership.
- Fully accountable for P&L, ensuring business financial objectives are met through competitive strategies.
- Excellence in executing commercial plans to meet Pharma targets, aligning strategies with brand needs.
- Develop and execute commercial policy for Pharma brands in Cono Sur, adhering to high compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a strong, collaborative, and diverse team.
- Visionary leadership, communicating the company vision and brand objectives.
- Representing Bayer at industry committees, shaping the pharmaceutical market.
This role requires experience in Pharmaceutical Market Access & Sales, with a proven track record. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
You'll have the opportunity to develop new capabilities, build relationships with key payers, and drive business growth.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar position or managerial experience.

- Travel Requirements: This position requires travel within the region.
