We are seeking a highly motivated Data Technician to join our team. As a Data Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing email support, processing and validating GTFS exports, and troubleshooting Interactive Maps.
You will work closely with agencies to address questions and concerns about their services, create and maintain GTFS datasets, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
To excel in this role, you will need excellent English skills, at least 6 months of experience working with data entry, analysis, and management, and proficiency in CRM systems or Kanban-style project management tools.
