Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities with sports/enrichment academies or private coaches.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with our clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve our operations processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations to the Operations Team based on data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar areas.
- Advanced or native English skills both writing and speaking (mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
