Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities with sports/enrichment academies or private coaches.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with our clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve our operations processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations to the Operations Team based on data analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar areas.
  • Advanced or native English skills both writing and speaking (mandatory).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
